Techinical Parameters

The electric vortex air pump is used to pump air, so that the inlet of the suction nozzle and the entire system are in a certain negative pressure state. The powder and granular materials are sucked into the nozzle along with the outside air to form a material flow. The suction tube reaches the silo of the feeder. The filter completely separates the material from the air. When the material is full of the silo, the controller will automatically cut off the air source, the vacuum generator will stop working, and the silo door will automatically open at the same time, and the material will fall into the hopper of the equipment. At the same time, the compressed air automatically cleans the filter through the pulse blowback valve. When the time is up or the material level sensor sends out the feeding signal, the feeding machine will be started automatically.
